About this role

As a Mathematician, you will play a central and vital role in the development of our games. Your primary responsibility will be to design and validate math models for our slots games but also to monitor and follow up on their performance over time. We believe that you are a creative, driven, and analytical individual who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment and that you have previous experience in a similar role with a proven successful track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new game ideas in close cooperation with the product owner.
• Conduct feasibility studies.
• Building and maintaining tools and frameworks.
• Working with the development team to ensure correct implementation.
• Debugging and verifying math models.
• Balancing games to optimize gameplay and player experiences.
• Documenting math for each game.
• Performance monitoring, analysis, and drawing conclusions.
• Researching successful slot games and features.
• Market analysis, competitor monitoring, and trend spotting.

Requirements

• Proficient in English.
• Minimum four years’ experience in a similar role.
• Goal-oriented and quality-focused.
• Self-driven / motivated overachiever.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math or related subjects.
• Strong knowledge of probability and statistical modeling.
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documents.
• Well-developed social- and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong drive for meeting and exceeding targets.
• A passion for gambling.
